XeRacer's "The Golden Fleet Project"

XeRacer wants to build a fleet. Not any fleet, but a fleet of 4,000 ships! Why? Probably for the same reasons some pilots try to collect the most isk, attain the highest number of skillpoints, or collect the greatest number of unique items. Some pilots do things because they are hard rather than easy. The Golden Fleet Project is in need of pilots and supplies. You can be part of the project by buying shares.
