You can anchor cans in systems that are 0.7 or below security status. Grab some cans and don't forget to anchor them so they don't pop. They only last 30 days, but that's plenty of time to get the word out! To claim your 1m per anchored can just e mail Edwin a screenshot of your handywork. Ask Edwin in game for the email address to send them to.
